Tasting Notes: spiced candied orange, cherry cola, pale chocolate, toasted oak, caramel, and vanilla
BLENDED RYE MALT WHISKEY
Rye Whiskey bottles are currently available for purchase in our cocktail room and in local bars, restaurants, and liquor stores.

SMALL BATCH RUM
Small batch rum bottles are currently available for purchase in our cocktail room.
Black Frost Small Batch Rum is distilled in a copper column and pot still from 100% Louisiana blackstrap molasses. We utilize a unique yeast strain and a historic rum production mthod to produce this distint, barrel aged rum. Our small batch rum is aged in a mix of new and used barrels to showcase the rich, tropical character of the rum.

GIN

Black Frost Gin’s eight botanicals is an excersice in restraint. Pink peppercorns and abundant grapefuit peels banace juniper and coriander in soft harmony, while bitter orange rounds out the finish with a surpriseing sweet note. RUM & OVERPROOF RUM

Black Frost Rum is a 94 proof white rum made from Louisiana grown blackstrap molasses and cane sugar. This rum features notes of vanilla, tropical fruit and grassy cane sugar.
Black Frost Overproof Rum is a 114 proof rum made from Louisiana grown blackstrap molasses and rested on Brazilian Amburana wood. This rum is big, bold and assertive with notes of spiced pineapple, ripe red fruit and a spicy cinnamon finish.
