Cask Strength Blended Bourbon Whiskey is an ongoing, limited release from Black Frost. Each grain is mashed, fermented, distilled, and barrel aged individually to bring out the best that each grain has to offer. We then hand select aged, single grain whiskies from our climate amplified rick house, blend them together to create our blended bourbon whiskey, and release it at cask strength.

Black Frost Gin’s eight botanicals is an excersice in restraint. Pink peppercorns and abundant grapefuit peels banace juniper and coriander in soft harmony, while bitter orange rounds out the finish with a surpriseing sweet note. This bright, citrus forward gin can hold up to strong cocktails or make a refreshing spritx. Black Frost Gin is a delightful spirit for gin lovers and the gin curious alike.

SMALL BATCH RUM
Small batch rum bottles are currently available for purchase in our cocktail room and online.
Black Frost Small Batch Rum is distilled in a copper column and pot still from 100% Louisiana blackstrap molasses. We utilize a unique yeast strain and a historic rum production mthod to produce this distint, barrel aged rum. Our small batch rum is aged in a mix of new and used barrels to showcase the rich, tropical character of the rum.

WHITE RUM
White Rum bottles are currently available for purchase in our cocktail room and in local bars, restaurants, and liquor stores.
Black Frost White Rum is a delightfully assertive expression of unaged rum. We start with a mix of Louisiana-grown blackstrap molasses and raw cane sugar, ferment it with a unique yeast strain in open-top wooden tanks, then distill it in a copper column still and a pot still. The result is an adventurous rum bursting with rich, tropical character ready to sip neat or elevate your favorite rum cocktails
